The following positions are currently available at LPHI:

Communications Intern

Qualifications Required for Internship:

We are looking for higher level communications students with great writing/content development skills, organizational skills and creative thinking skills. 15-30 hours per week minimum. One semester minimum.

General duties/assignments:

-LPHI marketing planning and materials development
-LPHI website updates
-LPHI Monthly Newsletter management
-Secondhand smoke stories
-Scanning photos from Regional Coordinators
-Monitor stories as they come into the website
-Tobacco Industry Monitoring Report Development assistance
-Research statewide Hispanic and Vietnamese organizations and media
-Continue research on vendors that offer Spanish language marketing materials
-Research on public access stations statewide that offer free PSA air time
-Update the stock facts
-YRBS data support project
-General administrative support
