REACHnet presents at the PCORI Annual Meeting

​The Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute's (PCORI's) third Annual Meeting was held in Washington D.C. on October 31 through November 2, 2017. Tom Carton, PhD, MS, REACHnet Principal Investigator at LPHI, chaired a special session called "PCORnet in Action: Utilizing PCORnet for Research." In the session, Rebekah Angove, PhD, an Associate Director in Health Services Research at LPHI, presented on stakeholder engagement in the Louisiana Experiment Assessing Diabetes outcomes (LEAD) Study. This presentation highlighted the data and patient engagement components of the project that were made possible by leveraging REACHnet, a clinical data research network coordinated by LPHI.
