2017 County Health Rankings Now Available

In advance of National Public Health Week, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin's Population Health Institute have released the eighth annual County Health Rankings. The County Health Rankings show us where we live matters to our health.

An easy-to-use snapshot that compares counties/ parishes within states, the Rankings provide information on factors communities can address to improve health – such as jobs, education, housing, community safety, and more. See where each parish ranks at www.countyhealthrankings.org.

Neighborhoods Matter to Health App

Where you live matters to your health. Air and water quality, housing and transportation options all contribute to how long and how well you live. The app allows you to choose your area and then explore the data to see how your community is doing and how you can act on what works for health to make a difference in your community.

County Health Rankings & Roadmaps is a collaboration between the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute.
