CMS releases final rule for the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act

The final Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA) legislation, which is reforming how Medicare pays individuals, was released recently and ties the payments even more fully to quality outcomes.
