LPHI’s Senior Community Health Strategist to be Keynote Speaker at the Connected Community Health 2020: 2016 Summit and Expo

Eric Baumgartner, M.D. MPH, and Senior Community Health Strategist at LPHI, will be a keynote speaker at the upcoming Connected Community Health 2020: 2016 Summit and Expo. A career public health physician engaged in a variety of community and national activities focused on issues of population health and access to care, Dr. Baumgartner will discuss community models for collaboration to achieve Health Equity. The Summit will bring together local, state and federal leaders to discuss and drive change in healthcare delivery, accessibility, connectedness, and population management from the community level, to the practice level, to the hospital organization level.  Hosted by Strategic Health Intelligence, the local health information exchange governing body, it will focus on connecting communities and bringing together stakeholders from a community- from education to healthcare to technology.
