Real-World Evidence: Lessons Learned from the ADAPTABLE Trial

 One of the core objectives of the Research Action for Health Network (REACHnet, an initiative of LPHI's Health Services Research team) is to make clinical data from electronic health records readily available to conduct patient-centered research and generate real world evidence to inform healthcare decision-making and improve health outcomes.
